Welcome to FRESH01.co.za. I’m Cobus (that’s me over there to your right → ), and I run this… um, thing…
Initially this website was somewhere I used to generate leads for freelance web design work. I have since moved on to greener pastures, which left this site very dead for more than a year.
So I decided to take a different approach on things here. FRESH01 is now somewhere I can share things that interest me. A tumblog of sorts. For the most part these “things” will be (web) design related, but the random oddity is sure to make an appearance.
So there you go. Have fun, and don’t hurt yourself.
Under the hood
This baby runs on WordPress! Sliding, scrolling, fading, etc brought to you by jQuery. Here are some of the scripts I used to build this site:
The font used is Interstate, and good old Helvetica/Arial, depending on what you have. And the icons are from istockphoto, and a few randoms. That’s about the size of it.
